Crook Brown is showcasing not just to America but to the world that he isn’t just a rapper, from the streets, but a creative who takes his art seriously.

I first discovered Crook after the release of his single “Inspired By True Events” in which I instantly could tell he was a story teller. Since the release of his debut project, I have had the privilege of getting to know him and receive the honour of him give me an Exclusive Freestyle.

I have been witness to Crooks work ethic, passion and drive, everything from committing himself to his own Freestyle challenge where he dedicated an entire year posting raw content as well as creating his newly project.

Now back with what I call another masterpiece …And I'm A Church Kid, this projects not only gives you another insight to Crooks story, but takes you back to the root of how Hip-Hop used to be.
